Dental Fees Payment Policy

Costs

A guide to the current cost of dental treatment is displayed in the patient information board available in the waiting areas of the Practice. Your dentist will discuss the likely treatment cost. This estimate can vary if your treatment plan needs to be changed at that point in time.

Method of Payment

We accept cash, all debit/credit cards (except for American express), Apple Pay and cheques.

You are required to pay dental fees as you go along with appointments with the exception of a Dental Hygienist appointment where payment will need to be taken at time of booking the appointment this is to reduce the number of missed appointments. (This is non refundable in the event of a late cancellation or a missed appointment)

Unpaid Treatments

Patients who are in arrears with payments and who do not offer to pay within two weeks of receiving treatment, may not be seen again at the Practice.

Overpayment

If you have overpaid for your course of treatment, we will make every effort to settle the overpayment as soon as is possible. Refunds will be issued by cheques or credit /debit card refunds following internal authorisation. You may be entitled to a refund if you initially decided to proceed with a course of treatment, but then changed your mind not to proceed. In such cases, as each course of treatment is different, we check your details and will refund any overpayments.

• X-ray: from £15
• White composite filling: from £100
• Silver amalgam filling: from £60
• Crowns/Veneers: from £450
• Hygienist: (30 minutes) £65
• Extraction: from £100
• Tooth whitening: (Home) from £350
• Root canal treatment: from £350
• Dentures: from £400 – dependant on materials and number of teeth
• Sports mouth guards: from £100
• Invisalign: from £1995

Full estimate will be provided with your tailored treatment plan. Pay as you go or 0% finance is available over £500 (please speak to your dentist at the start of treatment about the finance so this can be approved before treatment commences)

Finance

We offer 0% finance for treatments over £500 allowing you to spread the cost into manageable monthly payments. Application is very easily completed, entirely online and will require you to answer a few questions, such as details about yourself, including age, home address, income and anything that might affect your monthly expenditure.

We do not review or make decisions on your finance loan application - this is done by Tabeo.

• Step 1 - Receive your quotation following on from consultation - discuss payment options.
• Step 2 - Receive link to Tabeo finance - apply for finance loan via link.
• Step 3 - Finance approval from Tabeo.
• Step 4 - 2 weeks after approval of the finance you are able to commence your treatment.
