Failed to Attend Appointments
Patients that fail to attend more than one appointment may not be offered further appointments at the Practice.
Please be aware if you fail to attend your Dental appointment with the Dentist or Hygienist you will be subject to a charge.
Short Notice Cancellations
If you are unable to attend your appointment please give the Practice as much notice as possible. You will be subject to a charge if the cancellation is short notice.
We also expect our patients to attend for Dental examinations at regular intervals as advised by their Dentist.
